Subs, salads, sandwiches and that's about all we use them for.

I luuuuuv banana peppers! They are great on sandwiches, especially hot sandwiches like Philly cheesesteak. They are good with Hamburger Helper type meals too, if you like that kind of thing. Pretty good on hot dogs, too.

So you think I should just slice em up, freeze em and use them throughout the year?

I just buy jarred banana peppers, not fresh ones.....they are in some sort of vinegar juice, it tastes like. I bet freezing them up would be fine. Slice some up and put them on a burger....mmmmmm.

I know green peppers freeze well, so I think these would too. Just cut into chunks however you like to use them and then freeze on a cookie sheet and then bag up in ziploc's or plastic containers. They are better on cooked items when you take them out. Spaghetti sauce, stir fries, pizza. Are they mild or spicy? Both would work.
