Chocolate covered strawberries...do you think I could? I don't. Someone suggested it...I'm thinking of doing some of these for end of school gift for Zach's teacher...

i don't think the chocolate would be afftected, but my concern would be the strawberry. will it still be just as juicy?

I don't think they'd do well. When strawberries are frozen as they thaw out they get mushy and wet. I've had leftover ones that I've kept in the fridge for a couple days and they even get wet and sloshy.

You could try your hand at dipping and drizzling apples on a stick and make your own version of Mrs. Prindables Apples. I know they sell these mail order so they keep well. You know apple for the teacher. http://www.mrsprindables.com/?s=mbd&kw=mrs_prindables
