I saw in the Crop Your Buns Off forum that you are having these. I'd love to hear how you make them! :)

Sure!! They are one of my saving graces in food!!

*I brew a pot of coffee REALLY strong (and extra half as much as I normally use) and put in a pitcher in the fridge. (I've been using folger's caramel drizzle I found at WM)
*I use a 24 oz cup, add about 3/4 full with ice.
*2 pumps of Toranni's sugar free carmel syrup. I find this at our 'nicer' grocery store in Erie (Wegmann's) I've seen the smaller bottles at WM, and you can order online at DaVincci gourmet syrups or something like that . com. Look around anywhere they sell ground coffee or coffee beans.
*Add coffee to ice for cup to be about 1/2 to 2/3 full
*Add skim milk to fill remainder of cup. (*if I'm really jonesing for something 'creamy' I'll also add a smidge of half and half (fat free) doesn't take much to make it creamier than milk)

Stir or shake and enjoy!! It really is very similar to starbucks once you play around with the portions to your liking and the strength of coffee. WAY cheaper than 'bucks too!! I get the syrup for $5.99 a bottle and that lasts me about 6-8 weeks at 1-2 coffees a day!! I found a super cute 24 oz cup at Bed Bath and Beyond for $7, it looks like an iced coffee cup from Starbucks, with the sleeve around the middle and everything!

Well that's really cool and sounds yummy!

I gotta major problem, though.....I'm a very random coffee drinker, but for the last 3 days, I have had some sort of coffee. And all 3 days, I have either started to get a migraine or actually had one. :( I read online that coffee can trigger migraines. Oh please, God, don't make it be from my coffee!!!!!!!!!!!! :cry
