August Card Challenge (2011)

Yep, you read that right!!!..

I've been out of the loop for far too long and need to get my act together. So......

I thought if I posted a card challenge I would have to make a card!!

I actually got the idea for this challenge while doing an 'unstickly' for a challenge from last year. Yeah, talk about being behind in clean

ing up my posts...geesh!!

Anyway, here is you card challenge....

How about a 'thinking of you' card and using summer fun colors!!

Post your card(s) here and don't forget to post it in the gallery too!! No rush, but I would liked to see your card(s) before we get into September. Hey, if I stay on the ball, you may have a September card challenge..

oops I didn't read the "thinking of you" part before I made the card! I only read summer colors

here's a couple more, the flowers say hello in the center of them so I used that instead of a thinking of you sentiment

Vickie, I love that technique and will be doing this myself!!..such a great mix of papers!

Robin, how totally clever with the 'hello'..Hey, nothing says 'thinking of you' like a 'hello'!! Thanks for reminding me to use my embossing folders!!

I will try to get this done, won't be able to post in the gallery cause I cannot get there these days - gonna try to get that remedied ASAP but have to wait until I see my son who should be able to help with this.
