I am interested in perusing kits out there once again but I don't know who makes them anymore. I used to get Kit N Kaboodle and LOVED them but they are no longer. So, who has them nowadays?

You will have to pull my Scrap Room kits out of my cold, dead hands! You get 4 separate lines and they are loaded with embellies. All four lines kind of coordinate with one another - they have been a great inspiration.

I WILL subscribe to the Scraproom by the start of the new year. GREAT kits, good value!!! I've purchased Jenny's 'scraps' before, and the 'leftovers' are fabulous!

I've been a fan of The Scrap Room since 2006. It's just my favorite...it isn't just one collection/line of papers, but 4 different lines/collections, like Krissy said. And it's always the newest releases...so always the latest and the greatest. ;)

I never have subbed to TSR - I am not a page kit kinda gal.
I currently sub to Birds Of A Feather and Transparent Touches. I also buy the Noel Mignon mega kits.
Most of the clubs that I use to sub to have closed.

I tried to sub to a different one at one point, but I came back to TSR. There's just so much variety with the 4 different lines. ;)

Pam....I'm confused, what is the difference between TSR and the ones you sub to? When I think page kit, I think pre-cut pieces and embellies for 'generic' type pages? That's not what TSR is...

The Scrap Room specializes in page kits that are bundled into sets - each "set" consists of a few papers and embellies that should go together but not really made to be combined (all different manufacturers). Some say they can but I just don't see it really.
I sub to clubs that have multiple papers from the same line (or maybe 2 lines) and embelllies that go with everything. That way if I want to go with a theme for a few pages, I have everything that coordinates and not 4 separate page kits. Even the mega kits that I get from Noel Mignon blend (albeit there are about 30 pp in those sets but at least 5 or 6 of each line) in order to make a small album.
Does that make sense?

i see what you mean.....i will say though that someone (i think jenny) was able to get a ton of pages out of one kit and i was in shock!
but if you want ONE line at a time - i've gone with club scrap at one point. i really liked it at first cuz it was different and gave you several page layouts which enable you to use every last stitch of the kit. and you did get quite a lot of stuff. now i'm more into the current lines.

I need to remove a few of the names because they closed or are closing.

Hmmm, I just went to look at them again, and there are 4 'sets' or mini kits, 4 different manufacturers, but each set is made up of one manufacturer. I can see where some would rather have a large kit all from the same manufacturer, but I get bored with a collection too quickly, so I think TSR will still work best for me! Wish I could join right now.

TSR seems to have very graphic "bright" stuff that is more suited toward child like LO's. I cannot use that type of stuff....though I love the LO's that Jenny comes up with using them. And if I were scrapping kids LO's would really like that. I really like more subtle prints that sort of blurr the lines.

yes, I found a couple of those links which were closed or came to a Not found page. but I have found some cute stuff. I really, really loved kit n kaboodle and would love to find something similiar. TSR looks to be kits that are too full of stuff....I'm also not fond of the current kit but I will keep it in mind to check out for next month. thanks

Amy, the owner of Birds Of a Feather, use to be on the DT at KNK. She has similar kits (a bit more elegant, I think). You should check them out.
