tape glider by scotch (atg gun)

alright you ladies with tape gliders-----

i just got mine today! on clearance at joann's. been wanting one for a VERY long time. anyway, i just put it all together (and i triple checked three times to make sure i did it right).

i ran a few strips, but the adhesive doesn't come off right. it's at the end of my 'strip'. it doesn't wanna 'let go' of the roll. kwim? am i doing something wrong?

We may have to vid chat to show you how but you have to let go of the trigger before you pull the gun off the paper.

I had some problems with mine when I first started with it, but I love it now. I had issues with letting go of the trigger before I would lift up off of what I was putting the adhesive down. Hope you can get it figured out!!

sounds like that may be the trick! they need to put that in the directions! i mean really....lol

I have some friends who have that.
I am happy with my Creative Memories tape runner.
It is the first thing I started with (1997) and, although I've tried some different stuff over the years, it is the tried and true best for me.

Which reminds me, I need to order some refills!!

It really is phenomenal adhesive! And really inexpensive as well. It's like $4.50 for 10 YARDS not feet - yards!
